With the support of the Allegheny Mountain Institute, we will expand from the current twelve raised garden beds at Kate Collins Middle School to a 1-acre production and education farm in 2021. Farm activities will enhance classroom education through hands-on learning related to food, nutrition, agriculture, and wellness. The farm will also have a direct impact on the social, economic, and individual health of our community.
