Open enrollment is coming for Waynesboro Public Schools employees. This packet contains important information you need to make an informed decision about your health plan, dental plan, and flexible spending account selections. I encourage you to review your coverage options and choose the plans that are right for you. Open Enrollment is your once-a-year opportunity to enroll, make changes, or terminate coverage on yourself and/or your dependents without a change in your family status.
Medical and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts (the “Benny” card)
• You must complete an enrollment form for 2013. Even if you choose not to participate you need to sign the “If You Decide to Decline Participation” line.
Health Insurance Benefit
• No health enrollment application is necessary if you wish to maintain your current coverage.
• You must complete an application for new enrollments, plan terminations, to add or remove dependents or to switch between the high and low plan.

Those who join Coventry’s “PersonalCare” will pay less for prescriptions related to their condition. PersonalCare members pay $0 for Tier 1 drugs, and 50% copayment for Tier 2 drugs. To remain eligible for these discounts, follow the program’s medically-approved guidelines for your condition for 12 months. Your status will be reviewed each year on January 1st.
Note for 2014:
SAW Consortium will implement a premium differential for wellness compliance. The plan details are:
