October 13, 2025

I. Welcome
II. Minutes Approved from September 8 th meeting
III. Treasurer’s Report
a. Started with $4,517 and ending with $4,083
b. There is still one FT Stipend check left
IV. Principal’s Report
a. Talent show went fantastic
b. Parent Teacher Conferences are going well. Food provided for teachers
on Tuesday by First Baptist
c. Upcoming 4 th and 5 th grade concert
V. Old Business
a. Grandparents week went great. Food was good and everyone loved the
photos.
b. Talent Show had approximately 175 people attend
i. Silent auction went well
ii. BG bought snacks for PTO concession stand
c. Fall Festival planning is going well
i. Perk Place and Sizzling Stacey Food trucks will be attending
ii. There will be a petting zoo with photos optional
iii. Trunk or Treat will be set up with the best receiving a prize
(GC?)
iv. There will games, the farm, face painting, a bouncy house
outside
v. Asking parents for candy donations for the trunk or treat
vi. Will be collecting donations for “Kiss a Cow”
d. Dominoes Spirit Day is today, October 13 th
i. Notifications and flyer went out to flyer
ii. This will automatically be recurring every 2 nd Monday of each month

VI. New Business
a. Book Fair was reschedule from the week of the Fall festival to next week,
October 13-17 th
b. Pancake Breakfast on December 6 th (Snow date December 13)
i. Santa will be Andy Matherly
1. Costumes will be taken to Augusta Cleaners prior to date
ii. Photos will be $1 by Nina
iii. Signature singers will perform
c. Fundraising Ideas

i. Tidal Wash car wash in the spring if needed after 2025-year end
