During the week of October 19-23, the Kate Collins Middle Library will host a Scholastic Book Fair. Students will preview the fair during their elective classes and can bring money throughout the week to purchase items. Students can pay for items using cash, checks made out to Kate Collins Middle School, credit cards, and even through Cash App and Apple Pay. You can always create a cashless option for your child using the eWallet option.
Mrs. Goodson will host a Parents' Afternoon where parents can shop after school from 3:30-5:00 on Thursday, October 22nd.
If you wish to preview the book options at the fair, use this link.
Feel free to email Mrs. Goodson at tgoodson@waynesboro.k12.va.us with any questions.
Each day of the fair, Mrs. Goodson is giving away $10 worth of items to three students whose names were drawn from the Caught You Reading contest. Ask your child if they have received a Caught You Reading slip. Also, feel free to contribute to the Share the Fair funds to help fund this contest.
Disclaimer: Mrs. Goodson has not previewed the books sent by Scholastic as she does the books ordered for the KCMS Library.
