🛌 Wellness Wednesday: Start Practicing Now! 💤
Let’s talk sleep! We all know getting back into a school routine can be tough (especially for our little night owls 🦉). But good sleep = better learning, behavior, and overall health!
Here’s what experts recommend:
Ages 3–5: 10–13 hours
Ages 6–12: 9–12 hours
Teens (13–18): 8–10 hours
😅 Kids may not love it, but now’s the time to start adjusting those sleep schedules, before the first day sneaks up!
📊 Thank you to Wenonah Elementary for sharing these helpful graphics during their recent Community Coffee Chat!
