Welcome to the Benefits and Payroll page for Waynesboro Public Schools. The Benefits Office is responsible for eligibility, enrollment, changes and issues regarding employee benefits. Most benefit information is available here and can be changed on our online Employee Self Service (ESS) system. The Payroll Office is responsible for employee's pay. Any changes contracted employees need to make to their pay needs to be completed in ESS, i.e. direct deposit, tax information.

Electronic Delivery of Form 1095-C
We are providing this notice to alert you of an important change regarding the distribution of Form 1095-C. Waynesboro Public Schools is no longer required to automatically mail the Form 1095-C to individuals. The forms are available electronically on your ESS, under Pay/Tax Information, 1095-C.
Request for Paper Copy
If you would like to receive a paper copy of Form 1095-C, you can request the form through one of the following methods:

Anthem- Machine Readable Files (MRFs) Beginning July 1, 2022 and on the first of every month thereafter, Anthem will publish the machine readable files for the plans we administer and maintain on anthem.com.
