Let’s make the last few days of school super fun with some theme days! Don’t go out and buy anything. Be creative and use what you have!
Monday, May 13, 2024- Tie-Dye Day
● Wear tie-dye!
Tuesday, May 14, 2024- Wacky Hair Day
● If you don’t want to have wacky hair, feel free to wear a hat of your
choice!
Wednesday, May 15, 2024- Beach Day
● Wear sunglasses, hats, tropical clothes, or leis. (NO bathing suits)
Thursday, May 16, 2024- Disney Day
● Disney shirts, Mickey ears, anything Disney themed
Friday, May 17, 2024- Field Day
● Level Up T-Shirts- Each grade level will wear their Level Up shirt. If
your student does not have their Level Up school shirt, they are
welcome to wear another shirt that is the same color as their grade
level shirt.
- Kindergarten: Green
- First Grade: Yellow
- Second Grade: Blue
- Third Grade: Orange
-Fourth Grade: Purple
-Fifth Grade: Red

● Students dress like teachers, and teachers dress like students on this

● Pick a decade and have a great time
remembering the fashions of the era.
Wednesday, May 22, 2024- Last Day of School- Energize/ Exercise Day!
● Early Release; Wear comfy/ workout clothes so we can get energized
and ready to start summer break!

New student registration for next year is now open! This includes any kindergarten students who did not attend Wayne Hills and also any other students who will be new to Waynesboro Public Schools next year. To register please visit the Waynesboro Public Schools website and click on the enrollment link in the blue bar just below the main images. Please make sure to use the link for the 24/25 school year! Returning students may use that same link and scroll down to the returning students section on that enrollment page.

Students that ride bus 621 will be 20-30 mins late in the afternoons every day but Wednesday's. They will be on normal time on Wednesday's. This will be for the foreseeable future. We are sorry for the inconvenience and will let you know if something changes.

Family Life Education will begin next week for 4th and 5th Grade. An information letter will be coming home in your student's Tuesday folder today. If you would like to opt out of this education, please send a written statement to the school with your student by March 4th.

VCU Foster Parent Research Study


Spring Pictures will be Friday, February 23rd. Every student will have their picture taken. In a few weeks the packages will be sent home. You will then keep and pay for what you want and send back what you do not want to purchase.

William Perry will start calling car riders at 12:40 with all students being picked up by 1:00.Bus Riders will leave at 12:40 please plan on being at the bus stop at 12:40 to ensure you do not miss your student. We do still have a late bus #619, those students will be 20 mins late.
