We would like to show our support by doing the same dress up days as them, should you/your student(s) choose to participate. Monday-PJ Day, Tuesday-Inside Out Day (Dress like an emotion from the new movie), Wednesday-Mathlete vs. Athlete, Thursday-Decades/Eras Days, & Friday-Colors Day (K-Burgundy, 1-Grey, 2-White, 3-Blue, 4-Black, 5-Yellow.

We have an exciting opportunity for families and community members tonight, Thursday, September 12 at KCMS from 5:30-8 PM. There will be a free screening of The Right to Read Documentary with a reception before and a panel presentation afterward. This documentary fits very well with changes happening across the division as a result of The Virginia Literacy Act. We hope you can join us!

Thank you for the amazing response to Grandparents' Week! We cannot take any further orders since our cafeteria manager had to make orders for next week today. If anyone still wants to come, that's great (and encouraged), but they'll have to bring their own lunch in if they want to eat. Also, please read through the newsletter sent out earlier this week.
