Calling all Waynesboro locals! 📚🎓
This Spring Break, take some time dive deep into our town's rich history! Our very own students had an eye-opening experience visiting the Waynesboro Heritage Museum and the Rosenwald Museum to explore the legacy of Rosenwald and school segregation in our community.
These museums offer profound insights into our shared history and the journey. Plus, a special shoutout to Mr. Diggs, our talented custodian at KCMS, whose artwork is on display at Rosenwald!
We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Mrs. Estello Randolph for her invaluable guidance in educating our students about Rosenwald. And a huge thank you to Jeremy Hopkins, the dedicated Curator at the Waynesboro Heritage Museum, and the entire staff for their warm welcome and informative tour!
Make the most of your Spring Break by immersing yourself in the stories that shape our community. Plan your visit today and be part of this enlightening journey!
