Attention Rising Seniors!
Virginia state vaccination guidelines require that all rising seniors have a single dose of the meningococcal vaccine after their 16th birthday before the start of their senior year. This must be on file with the high school nurse before the student can start their 12th-grade year. To help facilitate this, Waynesboro High School is hosting a vaccination clinic on April 14th for students requiring this vaccination. If you would like to participate, please complete and return the attached consent form to the WHS nursing office by April 11th at noon. Paper copies were provided to juniors today as well. Please contact the WHS nursing office should you have any questions.
Thank you!
